The kayak carrier can be made in two ways
With a long fixed tow bar which is easy to use but takes a lot of storage space and is more expensive due to lots of aluminium. The kayak is better sitting flat rather than on its side as in the photo, but either option works. Max length kayak about 4m.
Strap a trolley to the kayak and tie the end of the kayak to the bike carrier with rope—not that high tech but it works well. Trolley is available for around $100. |
